1. This NVMe SSD works under UEFI mode only. It cannot boot under Legacy BIOS. Confirm your mainboard supports NVMe before purchase.

2. Actual speed varies by CPU, motherboard chipset, file size, system environment and test software. Rated 2400MB/s is maximum lab benchmark result.

3. Avoid physical shock, bending or static electricity damage during installation. Use anti-static protection.

4. Keep proper airflow for heat dissipation. Continuous heavy workload may raise operating temperature. Adding an M.2 heatsink is recommended for high-load scenarios.

5. Do not disconnect power during disk initialization, formatting or system migration, which may cause disk damage or data loss.

6. Back-up important data regularly. Warranty does not cover data recovery or data loss caused by improper operation.

7. DRAM-less design relies on system HMB function. Disable HMB in BIOS will partially reduce random-write performance.

Q1: My motherboard cannot detect the Gudga M.2 2280 NVMe PCIE3.0X4 Hard Drive SSD. 

A1: 1. Confirm your slot is M-Key PCIe3.0 x4 (not B-Key SATA M.2). 2. Update motherboard BIOS to latest version. 3. Re-seat the SSD and check physical installation. 4. Confirm UEFI mode is turned on in BIOS.

Q2: Why my test speed is lower than rated 2400MB/s? 

A2: Rated speed is lab benchmark result. Actual performance is affected by CPU generation, chipset, driver status, file fragmentation and test tool. Large-file continuous write may trigger SLC cache exhaustion and speed drop, which is normal for TLC SSD.

Q3: Can I use this SSD for game console? 

A3: Not supported for game consoles. Designed for Windows / Linux PC & notebook only.

Q4: What does DRAM-less mean? Will performance be poor? 

A4: This model uses DRAM-less architecture with HMB technology borrowing host system RAM. It delivers excellent daily performance for office, gaming and normal creative tasks. Performance gap only appears under extreme heavy random-write workload.

Q5: Is heatsink mandatory? 

A5: Not mandatory for light daily usage. For long-time high-load tasks, adding heatsink avoids thermal throttling.

Q6: Can I restore my data if SSD fails?

 A6: Regular data backup is strongly recommended. Product warranty covers hardware replacement only, NOT data recovery service.
